1. Definitions and Interpretation

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

2.2 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You may not register an Account if you are legally incompetent, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering into legally binding agreements.

2.3 Jurisdictional Restrictions

You represent that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction of residence. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of 2ph997 Services complies with all applicable local, state, and national laws. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate Accounts from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or where our operations would violate local regulations.

2.4 Account Registration Process

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and any other information reasonably requested by 2ph997. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure its accuracy and completeness at all times.

2.5 Identity Verification

2ph997 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method verification. You must provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to complete verification may result in Account suspension, deposit limitations, or Withdrawal restrictions until verification is satisfactorily completed.

2.6 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account with 2ph997. Registration of multiple Accounts, whether using different personal information, email addresses, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. If 2ph997 identifies multiple Accounts belonging to the same User, we reserve the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void associated winnings and bonuses, and confiscate any remaining balances as a breach of these Terms.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Username and Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. You agree to immediately notify 2ph997 of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach. 2ph997 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

3.2 Account Activity Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not. All transactions, bets, deposits, and withdrawals made using your Account credentials are deemed to be authorized by you. You acknowledge that 2ph997 has no obligation to investigate the actual user of your Account credentials.

3.3 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of Services is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all Account balances.

3.4 Account Suspension and Termination

2ph997 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering concerns, abusive behavior toward staff or other Users, exploitation of platform vulnerabilities, or any conduct we deem inappropriate or harmful to our operations or reputation.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

2ph997 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, GrabPay, bank transfer, and other payment methods displayed on the platform. All deposits must be made in Philippine Pesos (PHP). We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, with a standard minimum of One Hundred Pesos (PHP 100). Maximum deposit limits may apply based on payment method, User verification status, and internal risk management policies. Specific limits are displayed during the deposit process.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Most deposits are processed instantly and credited to your Account within seconds. In certain circumstances, deposits may require additional verification or processing time. 2ph997 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.4 Deposit Ownership

You warrant that all funds deposited into your 2ph997 Account are legally owned by you and do not originate from illegal activities. You must not deposit funds using payment methods not registered in your name unless you can demonstrate legal authority to use such payment methods. We reserve the right to reverse deposits and return funds to the original payment source if we suspect fraudulent activity or third-party funding.

4.5 Deposit Limits and Responsible Gaming

2ph997 offers voluntary deposit limits to promote responsible gaming. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your Account settings. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours to prevent impulsive decisions.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Policy

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a Withdrawal, your Account must be fully verified with approved identity documents. You must have fulfilled all applicable wagering requirements on bonuses. Withdrawals can only be processed to payment methods registered in your name.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

Processing times are estimates only and not guarantees.

5.4 Withdrawal Verification

2ph997 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any Withdrawal, regardless of previous verification status. This may include but is not limited to: proof of identity, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, source of funds documentation, or any other information reasonably required to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

5.5 Withdrawal Method Restrictions

Withdrawals must generally be processed using the same payment method used for deposits, unless such method does not support withdrawals. This policy prevents money laundering and fraud. If your deposit method cannot receive withdrawals, we will work with you to identify an acceptable alternative method, which may require additional verification.

5.6 Withdrawal Fees

2ph997 does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, payment processors or banking institutions may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control and for which we are not responsible.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

These bonus-specific terms supplement these general Terms and Conditions. In case of conflict between general Terms and bonus-specific terms, the bonus-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses require fulfillment of wagering requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before conversion to withdrawable cash. Requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in bonus terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within specified timeframes results in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

2ph997 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other Users, exploiting software vulnerabilities, engaging in irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or any other conduct that violates the spirit of promotional offers. Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses voided, winnings confiscated, and Accounts permanently terminated.

6.4 Bonus Modification and Termination

2ph997 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude specific Users from bonus eligibility at our sole discretion.

7. Gaming Rules and Conduct

7.1 Game Rules

Each Game available on 2ph997 is governed by specific rules displayed within the Game interface or in Game information sections. You are responsible for understanding Game rules before placing bets. All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed except in cases of obvious technical error as determined by 2ph997.

7.2 Fair Play

Users must play all Games fairly and in good faith. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: collusion with other Users, use of automated betting software or bots, exploitation of technical vulnerabilities or bugs, manipulation of Game outcomes, or any other fraudulent or unfair practices. Users found violating fair play principles will have their Accounts terminated and winnings confiscated.

7.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of Game malfunction, software errors, or technical failures, all affected bets are void. 2ph997 is not liable for losses arising from Game malfunctions, and our maximum liability is limited to refunding the stake of affected bets.

7.4 Bet Acceptance

2ph997 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion. We may impose betting limits based on User Account history, betting patterns, or other risk management factors.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the 2ph997 platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, Game designs, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to 2ph997 and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for personal entertainment purposes only. 9. Limitation of Liability

10.2 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

10.3 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

11. Modifications to Terms

2ph997 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify Users of material changes through email or platform notification. Your continued use of 2ph997 Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with modified Terms, you must immediately cease using our Services and close your Account.
